Eskaya Beach Resort and Spa

I’m very disappointed with the owner. The staff at this resort are kind and friendly, unlike the owner who is very rude. She doesn’t know how to entertain or interact with guests. I noticed that the housekeeping staff were doing the gardening, and the pool attendant was working on the beach and also doing gardening there. Why is the gardener working on the beach? Does this resort lack of employees? I’m not being rude—just telling the truth. My siblings checked in at this resort. We also came here last year, and we’re only posting this review now.

Had an infinity room booked for tonight, Saturday, May 10th 2025 booked months well in advance. Unfortunately, the place is a far cry from what’s advertised. Upon entry, I noticed no proper parking lot so we were allowed to park our car on whichever space on the lawn we chose. On arrival, we noticed frantic cleaning. The resort itself looks run down, fountains polluted with mold and algae and the estate dishevelled. Our room was dusty and untidy; most notably, our infinity pool green as Shrek’s mucous from moss, algae, and mold. Upon our attempt to reason with management, the staff present on site informed us they were unable to get a hold of them and continued to reinforce their “no refunds” policy. They did offer us a different villa. While notably lacking a green pool, mold still was present in the infinity pool. The general lack of upholding to advertised standard remains consistent all throughout. We checked out before midnight as it was frankly a waste of our time and hard earned money. To call this place a resort is insulting to its contemporaries. I strongly advise against even considering this place for accommodations of any capacity.

There is something EXTREMELY wrong and dodgy with this Hotel. The only thing that works as it should be here are the AirCons. Everything is OLD, horrible dated, broken; rusty, filthy, dusty, the water pressure is horrendous. The security was hipper vigilant and aggressive, they scared us. I would not be surprise if they are running an illegal business there and they are using “the hotel” to hide what they are doing. We were there 5 nights and we were the only guests there - we were just sleeping there and spend all day and night out. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!
