Eslead Hotel Namba Daikokucho

Even though this is a small apartment hotel but the room is well-equipped and super clean with a small kitchen. The location is convenient, close to subways and convenience stores. We only spent 1 night in Osaka, but it was a good comfy stay, thanks to Eslead Hotel!

Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected. The male receptionist who spoke English was so helpful and nice. He gave our kids some boxes with treats and when we checked out, he went out with us, bowed, thanked us, and wished us the best. I really want to recognize the amazing and sincere service he provided. We stayed in 5 places in Japan, and he definitely stood out when it comes to customer service. Overall, we loved staying in this hotel.

Although we had a bit of an issue getting in contact with the front desk to check-in, when we finally did it was very seamless. The room was spacious and clean, with many amenities such as a washer and dryer. Overall, a wonderful stay in Osaka! The building is across from a school so it was a bit noisy. One aspect of praise is that I left some items in the hotel room, and they shipped it back to me from Japan to the US for free! Very considerate and kind of them.
