Clean and spacious. Beautiful views. Modern architecture. We reserved two condos; one condo had an AC problem in one room, but we noticed they were doing AC work while we were there. I would stay here again!

What a beautiful location, view, and condo. Staff was very attentive and they kept it so very clean. A little pricy at the bar, prices are equivalent to the US at around $20.00 a drink. but worth it for the privacy.

We just completed a 3 day stay at this new resort in Rocky Point. Overall, the experience was just OK. The 2 bedroom condo was very spacious, well appointed and had a very nice balcony overlooking the pool area and sea. Now for the not so good: On our second afternoon there, a worker broke a glass balcony panel above our unit. Shattered glass rained down onto our balcony. Fortunately, our family was inside at the time. Had we been on the balcony, there would have been injuries from the broken glass. After we alerted the front desk of the issue, it took them over an hour to dispatch someone to clean up all the glass. We ended up cleaning most of it up ourselves. It was very unnerving to say the least. Not once did the staff ask us how we were. No one took the time to check in with us or apologize. This is unacceptable. Secondly, the HVAC took all day to cool the condo down to an acceptable temperature. It was 81 degrees inside the condo when we checked in. :( Apparently, this is an issue at this resort based one some other reviews. Lastly, the toilet in the primary bathroom made a hideous noise when flushed. It sounded like it was going to explode. A few things to be aware of: First, there is continual construction activity, even in the evening hours. The resort is only half way built out. Second, they charge a $200 deposit at check in and require a signature on a document that outlines all the costs you’ll incur if a towel is missing. Ridiculous. In summary, I should have demanded a partial refund due to the dangerous broken glass issue. The resort should also consider offering accommodations at a discounted rate during their build out. It’s just not worth what they are asking ~$300 per night. We will not be back.
