Esperas Santorini

Overall very happy with our stay in Esperas. The hotel and rooms were very clean and cleaners were thoughtful in folding clothes in the room. The hotel itself was beautiful and in a fabulous location in Oia with a great view. Service was polite and helpful. A few notes: taxis are expensive when booked via hotel, water went out briefly once during a shower

This place is beautiful. Service is fantastic. The on-prem restaurant is very good. It’s near all the bars and restaurants. Rooms are caves, clean, very nice bathrooms and quite romantic. From our window we see the ocean and it’s magnificent to wake up to each morning. We sleep with the windows open. We are lucky we found this place.

this is the worst hotel. I’ve been in my life me and my wife have a marriage anniversary. Be coming from Chicago when we checking this hotel 3 o’clock then after put on a luggage in the room, take a shower going for vacation to come back 11 o’clock night enter the room, the whole bed, including a pillow I see a lot ants in a bed and when I ask, the lady in front desk it’s too many ants in the bed she told me a normal and I have a video recording and pictures then I complained for Expedia. They told me they cannot give you a refund back because they are policy no money back. This is worse policy ever I spent $1180 for two nights me and my wife we cannot sleep all night be looking around more hotels is already sold out and I lost money $1180 no money back and never recommend this place for anybody. The staff is very rude to talk a lot of attitude look like they don’t care. Please advise for everybody. Be careful thank you so much.
