In room isn't fridge. the air conditioner isn't work. The room is big. The bed is comfortable. The bathoom is OK. The wifi work well.
Building looks new. WiFi did not even reach our room. Spa area was "occupied" for the entire evening of our stay -- hard to believe because there were only about a dozen guests Front desk kept our ID cards after check-in even though we asked for them back, something about completing paperwork. Only warm water for shower. We would not stay there again.
This is not a four star hotel. Literally zero amenities one would expect in a four star hotel are available. There is no wifi in the rooms, only the lobby. There is no spa service, it's being renovated. There is no hotel shuttle, but they do have a decrepit van that they'll send to pick you up, and charge you €50 for the experience. Absolutely horrible. A campsite would be preferable.
