If you're looking for a relaxing SPA weekend, don't miss this place! It's the best hotel. Restaurant and SPA in the area. We selected the half board pension that included a great breakfast and a really delicious dinner 🍽 a must!
Beautiful Hotel, but not ready for vegan guests, they have only salad as 'vegan' option, don't expect any vegan protein, so you may feel hungry all day as not eating a proper meal, overall experience good.
**Review for Spa Day** Booking experience - sent an email and no one replied. I called twice to speak with someone who speaks English, they said to email for someone to call me. No one called. Their spa menu is lacking information. The Day Spa price does not include the entrance fee so for €130 day package is already overpriced. This is the first time I am paying an additional entrance fee on top of a Day Spa fee. Over priced for the value. No one explained to us that there is an entrance fee on top of the Day package and you have to pay for your slippers after paying the entrance fee of €58! Towels are limited. Shower room only have 2in1 shampoo and body. This is a 5 star hotel and "luxury" spa, they should have at least towels available in the changing area, water station especially it is a thermal spa, and some other basic toiletries. Disappointing experience. Therapist needs further luxury customer service training and further massage training. The treatments we had is like having a treatment from a basic spa. I have been to 5 star spa , and this one is a complete disappointment.
