Esplendor by Wyndham Buenos Aires Plaza Francia

Strategic location if you are having event at Centro de Convenciones Buenos Aires. Rooms are too dark to my liking. Breakfast is basic and enough. Plus point are all the staffs are very welcoming, especially William Seekatz, he helped us with food deliveries, reservations, and nearby recommendations! Gracias!

This hotel was not what we expected and we found out that what we were reading/shown was for another property. We decided to stay, in any case. The breakfast was totally fine. The staff was kind. The rooms were small but comfy enough. The elevators, as mentioned - tiny. Location was a bit...odd...not quite in one area or another - but easy walking to anything we wanted to get to. Not sure I would stay here again - but didn't hate being here. just - not what we expected, I suppose.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. First of all, you have to ring a bell in order to call somebody to open the main door for you. Nobody offered to take our luggage to the room, you have to do it yourself. There was no place to place our clothing. No dresser, no drawers. The rooms don’t have outlets that work because all of them are outdated. I had to beg to get an adapter that would let me charge my phone. Of course, I couldn’t charge my watch or laptop at the same time. A 4 star hotel???? Really????
