My wife and I had a great experience. We stayed at two 5-star hotels while in Paris and wish we had been at this one the entire time! The staff was extremely attentive from the moment we came in, to our departing waters and cookies. Great amenities, and their room with a terrace is truly excellent. Location is also excellent, easy access to several metro lines, but also a lot of restaurants, shops and activities in walking distance. My wife and I know where we will be staying on our next trip to Paris.
This was the second or third time that he stayed at this hotel. We love the area where it’s located. Easy walk to Luxembourg Gardens, and the boutique shops nearby are quintessential French, as opposed to multinational. The staff is lovely and ever so helpful. They treated us more like family members than guests. The rooms are lovely and spacious and extremely well appointed. Above all rooms are a quiet getaway from an otherwise busy Paris.
Excellent experience and hotel. The street noise can be a tad loud, but obviously that’s not the hotel’s fault. The staff were wonderful and the location is perfect. Someone was at the front desk 24/7, which was nice. I was really pleased.
