EST Grand Hotel Savoy

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly — we truly felt at home during our stay. The rooms were spotless and cleaned with great care every day. The breakfast area was very hygienic, and the variety of breakfast options was more than sufficient, catering to different tastes. We stayed for five days, and during this time, our child suddenly got sick. The staff immediately called an ambulance without hesitation and supported us throughout the process. Their professionalism and genuine care truly touched us. We were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel with peace of mind. It’s also very suitable for families with children — both safe and comfortable. We would gladly choose it again.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 1 week end of March. The hotel itself is newly renovated, modern and clean. We upgraded our room to superior which was beautiful! The standard double was very small for 2 adults and 1 child. The breakfast was ok, I would recommend finding places to eat nearby (there are lots!) and it is expensive for what they provide. The location is good but if you are staying on the side facing the street expect to hear a lot of outside traffic noise and sirens. The room also was very warm with no air conditioning (due to time of the year). A special thank you to Irina (front house desk), she was absolutely brilliant! Very helpful and assisted us with our questions and moving rooms etc.

A central location for what we wanted, lovely looking hotel, friendly and polite staff. Great shower, clean and tidy. The added bonus if being able to log in to online streaming helped us unwind after a long days walking the city. Bed was a little too soft for our liking but you can't choose what mattresses they pick, it was clean and fresh and we did sleep well. No complaints a lovely hotel.
