I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this gorgeous hotel. The food was exceptional and consistently impressive across both dinner and breakfast. Dinner from Mr. Wong via room service was a standout—absolutely delicious. The staff were warm, professional, and consistently attentive. I seldom write reviews, but this hotel is really terrible! An employee here is extremely rude and his name is Rano. Even if I pay extra money for a late check-out, which is usually the most basic service, he still kept calling and knocking on my door to urge me to check out. The most unbelievable thing was that they forced their way into the room and argued with me in an extremely bad attitude before I had left. This is too outrageous! I’ve never seen such a bad experience in any other 5-star hotel. Besides, this is not a hotel owned by the Hong Kong Jianye Group, but a hotel owned by a local company, and the location of the entrance here is hard to find. You shouldn't waste your money here. There are so many other good global chain 5-star hotels to choose from nearby.
