We loved this hotel. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The beds were very nice and we slept great. The pool is small but nice. The breakfast was good, very fresh. The coffee was delicious. We will definitely stay in this hotel again when we visit Sao Paulo again.
Comfortable rooms. The cleaning service is excellent. Great breakfast and convenient location
First thing: this is not a welcoming place. The reception is cold. Compared to the Mercury or the Radisson, or even the Ibis in the same region, it is night and day. Second thing: this is not a black-friendly place. Nothing aggressive but you'll be starred at a lot. Compared to the Mercury or the Radisson, and even the Ibis, my wife and I have really felt unwanted in the Estanplaza. Third thing: if you really have to go there, get a room on the highest floors because on the first 8 floors, hot water has a muddy color. And when we asked to change room, they mentioned they already knew about the issue. I am not a demanding person but I have been in many hotels, Mercury, Radisson, Marriott, Hyatt, Ibis, Pegasus and others. This one is definitely an hotel I will avoid like a plague in the future.
