This place was a hidden gem! Tucked inside mountains and with a stunning view, the place is very quiet and serene, and the home I was given was absolutely beautiful. It's also a great place for people who want some time away from the daily hustle and bustle. Also, the older gentleman and Georgia were so lovely and kind! The gentleman took me in even though I came in very late for check in (late arrival due to delays from the ferry), showed me the room and handed me the key without a single complaint. He made the process so easy! And Georgia was a sweetheart - she made delicious food, we had great conversations and she took me in like she would a family member, which was incredibly kind since I was by myself there and had some not so nice experiences thus far. Overall this place truly felt like home, and I will personally revisit (despite the twisting drive up there lol!) And recommend to anyone wanting to visit Crete. What a brilliant stay Georgia is an amazing host and a great cook. We really enjoyed the food and appreciated getting to try local food we otherwise wouldn't of experienced. To people worried about the track it is fine just go steady in the car nothing to worry about. Beautiful scenery so peaceful a great place to relax. Jacuzzi bath is good especially after taking a long walk exploring the area. We will definitely be back :)

Quite hard to get here the first time, but apart from that - an amazing place. Definitely need to have a car to reach it. We really enjoyed our stay here. Pool was nice. Plenty of beds for sun bathing. The views from the room were amazing. Food was quite tasty. Everyone around was very friendly. Clean and nice environment for any sort of holidays. Georgia was super friendly and gave us a warm welcome. When you come here ask for "Georgia's coffee" - you won't be disappointed! We are definitely coming back!
