Location is good, you will have a bit of trouble parking around. It's an old building with even older furniture that's making strange noices when you move around the room. Our room had a mini bar ,the fridge was so noisy it woke me up a few times the first night. Room was nice and clean,these walls could use a paint job tho. The ceiling is high and there is quite a lot of open space in the room, so that one heating block by the window is hardly enough to keep the room warm. Bed is fine if you like hard mattresses.. I mean VERY hard mattresses. Breakfast really was great, as all those reviews suggest.

5. 2025 Don't go there, it doesn't worth it. Pros: Location, building, size of the room Cons:Old man at the reception was rude, made inappropriate comments. Totally unacceptable!!! Rooms are so old, seems like owners just decided to make money on it till it collapse.

Old hotel with rooms with remember of past times hopefully really clean. It has really good localisation but thats all from proes. Hotel has no parking slots, that would be even acceptable (we were informed before). We asked at the reception desk if they know some good parking nearby, they responded that they don’t know and they are not responsible for our car (which was really rude). Man at the reception was really rude and not welcoming. He said that i need to pay “city tax” in the cost of 18 euros per person! Which was obviosly scam, we should pay only 4 euros per our stay. Hotel looks like abonded, there was literally nobody at the first days even if on booking it was fully booked. Don’t expect advise or help from staff. They are not welcoming or not even in the hotel. I recommend to took another hotel especially those with parking slots (its really big problem in Karlowe Wary). Hotel is not worth the price.
