Lovely hotel with very clean rooms, with large kitchen/living area as well as bedroom with ensuite shower and bath, everywhere very clean. Evening entertainment fine, very loud in the rooms so probably wouldn’t advise this if you’d like to sleep before 11pm! Beautiful pool with plenty of sun loungers, however pool too cold for swimming even in 24 degree temperatures. You can see the beach from the balcony, takes 2 minutes to walk there and it’s lovely and peaceful, no sun beds though. The food was very nice, great array for breakfast lunch and dinner, however we did think it was stingy to not even provide water for free with meals - this was 2 euros a bottle every meal. Staff friendly but clearly much more used to Spanish/German speaking guests so conversation minimal for English speakers! Overall we had a great time for the price we paid and would return again.

This is not a 4 star hotel, max is a 3*. It urgently needs a general upgrade, but specially in the kitchen. I was excited about the food (lunch and dinner) since I read good comments about it but it was honestly very mediocre and repetitive. For the price and quality, it should have the drinks included. There are also no dessert options for people with lactose/casein allergy since everything had milk on it, besides gelatin... Regarding the pool area, you need to go early to get a place to put the towel. Also, the maintenance guy started cutting the grass around 7/7:30 am in the middle of the week and finished mid morning, when a lot of people were already by the pool. And he also put these white tiny balls in the grass (I supose it was fertilizer or herbicide) and for the next days it would make the towels and our feet white. Besides, there were a lot of small children there who could easily eat those white balls by accident. Very dangerous. The white sunbeds are paid, 25€/day, which is crazy!!! But it was not all bad. The people working there are really nice and the location is very quiet, 5min walk from a wonderful beach. The breakfast is also really good, with a lot of variety and different options of milks (cow, lactose free, vegan) and food.

We are staying with 2 kids of 7 and 2 years old. This is a good hotel for children, with 3 slides and swimming pool, and diverses activities organized for them. The restaurant tries to offer different themes each evening, but this is quite repetitive. However, there was no offer for late checking, and we were told to ask for a courtesy room to get a shower, on the day we are leaving (which is today), the only time it was possible is when we already have left the hotel (at 5pm, we are leaving at 4.30pm)... I would not recommand to offer this service if it's not possible. The other negative point is this is a quite noisy hotel at night.
