Estival Islantilla

Everywhere was very clean, the food was AMAZING every meal, so much variety and hot food cooked fresh in front of you. Fresh bedsheets everyday was lovely. Only downside was that the air con in our room didn’t work very well. They did come and try fix it but the room never got cool enough and the bathroom was very hot after showers. We could take our all inclusive drinks out of the hotel grounds to the beach which was lush. Would definitely consider returning x

We (f42, m42 and 4yo son) stayed for a week at Estival Islantilla and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always did their best to accommodate us. The food was consistently delicious, and the location couldn’t be more ideal — the back entrance opens directly onto the promenade, which leads to a lovely shopping centre. Just across the promenade is a beautiful sandy beach, perfect for relaxing days by the sea. If I had to point out one minor drawback, it would be the evening entertainment, which didn’t always live up to expectations. Although the shows were mainly in Spanish, they were easy to follow and still enjoyable. Most of the guests were Spanish or Portuguese, which gave the place an authentic, welcoming atmosphere — something that reflected positively in the quality of the food and the warmth of both the staff and fellow guests. A special mention to the TUI representative, who was present daily and absolutely lovely. My son liked her so much, he insisted on saying hello every day! She offered great advice — not just on tours, but also on local sights and how to get around. All in all, it was a fantastic holiday, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent hotel for a family with a small child. Perfect access to the sea, 60 m from the gate to the shore. Nice beach with fine sand and shells. 4 different pools supervised by lifeguards (2 paddling pools, 1 splash zone with slides), plenty of sunbeds. Excellent food, impeccable all inclusive for most of the stay. Offer seating at table by person, no problem changing if extra needs (highchair). On the last day you become a blue band outsider with all inclusive until 12:00, but still have lunch from 13:30. I wonder how much coffee I'll be able to drink before flight? Comfortable rooms, cleaned every day, friendly cleaners who are great to talk to despite the language barrier (5 minutes to go to the beach, sleeping baby). Change of towels and bed linen every second day on request. There are signs of improper use in the room (soaked bathroom door from flood, damaged window locks). Unhappily located smoking area by the balconies, which some ignore and vape on sun beds or smoke on balconies (resolved with reception). Staff mostly friendly.
