Best spa in Pärnu. It offers variety of pools and saunas, each with different temperatures and atmospheres to suit everyone. Spa and rooms are clean, well-maintained. Breakfast has wide selections and is very tasty. Definitely recommending!
This is a review of the spa only. So many different pools and saunas, and a great deck area with a couple of tubs. Nice bar to grab a drink from whilst relaxing in the sauna. 20€ to enter which compared to other offerings around town is worth it.
I like this place, and I am sad that nobody answered my letter, which I sent to the hotel after I had an accident there. So I will tell my story here, hoping the hotel will resolve the situation. I was a hotel guest from July 27, 2025. – 28.07.25. On 27.07. at 20.00, I went from the spa through the connecting tunnel to my room and was carrying my child in my arms. While walking over the door threshold (doors between the tunnel and hotel rooms on the third floor), I seriously cut my big toe on a metal plate that was not fixed to the floor. There was no warning sign about this, and the metal blade surface on the threshold had no rubber covering. I have been going to this hotel for years, and for the first time, I have encountered such an injury and traumatic experience, which ruined my vacation for me and my family. So please be careful going with your slippers down the connecting tunnel!
