Was disappointed with the location, thought it would be more excluded with beautiful Mountain Views, but our forest view room was view of the parking lot. The pools weren’t as nice as I hoped they would be. No pool towels, very inconvenient. Reception was unhelpful. Breakfast buffet service was very poor, no one at the hostess stand to show us to our table, hot plates were empty, no one gave us water, my husband had to constantly hunt people down for that. For $28 a person before 15% tax 15% tip, it was a lack luster buffet and bad service. Love Eastern township but would never go back here again.
The room was nice and the location was convenient. The price was good. The internet was very poor as our devices kept disconnecting and it was slow. The towels in the bathroom were terrible...thin and rough. There were no towels provided at the pool and we had to bring bath towels. There were no robes unless you were willing to pay an additional fee. We did not receive cleaning service during our stay because the information about it was written in French and we didn't realize we needed to hang a tag on our door. I would not call this a 4 star hotel as indicated by Google.
My husband and I spent 2 nights at this resort with our 1-year-old, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. This place is, at best, a 3-star hotel. The service is mediocre, and the staff are not helpful. They refused to accommodate even a 30-minute early check-in or late check-out to help with our baby’s nap time. The room amenities and supplies were of cheap quality. The toilet paper and tissues were extremely thin, the oven didn’t work, and the furniture was old. There was dog hair everywhere—in the room as well as on the poolside furniture. If you’re not staying with a dog or you’re not a dog lover, you should avoid this place, as dogs are everywhere: in the restaurant, by the pool, in the lobby, etc. Our room was supposed to have a king-size bed, but what we got was a queen-size bed at best. On the positive side, the hotel’s location was nice, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The pool area was also nicely designed. These were the only reasons I gave this place 2 stars.
