SUCIO, OLOR A CLOACA, DESTRATO y ROBO La primera habitación que me dieron tenía un ruido de motor que me despertó 4 am, la segunda tenía un olor de cloaca que según la recepción del hotel a veces viene con el viento… prometieron volver a mudarme pero jamás lo hicieron. Nunca me hicieron el cuarto ósea que en 4 días el cuarto estuvo sucio, lo reclamé y nadie vino de todas maneras… Lo extraño es que por un lado me negaban todos los inconvenientes diciendo que nunca nadie había hecho tales quejas pero por otro lado otro personal del hotel me explicaba que si venía el olor a cloaca a veces y que si había una heladera en la planta baja que hacía ese ruido…. El desayuno no está bueno, no hay reposición de lo que sirven y la calidad de s espantosa. Mi hijo de 10 años olvidó su termo Stanley con etiqueta y nombre en la habitación, hicimos el check out y volvimos para recuperarlo, tampoco se hicieron cargo de eso e hicieron desaparecer el termo…. Quien se lo habrá quedado? No volvería jamás a este hotel Si expusiera acá los chats con la recepción estoy segura nadie volvería a resérvalo. Qué vergüenza!
