Clean, spacious rooms. Beautiful view of the pool and lake behind it. Room service was fast and the chicken cordon bleu tasted great. No mini bar or tea kettle is only downside. Uber from the airport is just $10USD and under 15 mins drive. Walkable to the lake and nearby grocery store. Great little spot near the airport for a short trip. Spa services available if you have the time.

The room was nice enough, shower a little tired but functioned well. No kettle in room to make a hot drink. I asked at the main desk and when I said which room he said I couldn't have one and said I'd have to go to the restaurant. The staff weren't particularly helpful. Our key failed various times and often when it did a member of staff was near but just said you need to change it. Not can I help you. Some staff however were lovely. Breakfast was nice but there were birds everywhere eating of people's plates which was really unhygienic. Gym OK, a bit small.

The bathroom was disgusting. Tiles had mold and limescale. Bathroom towels were old, with mold stains, and they didn't look clean . I paid $500 reais for this place that was supposed to be a luxury hotel. What a shame! Worst bathroom I have been to in a very long time. Elevator was also not working around 6:30am, and we had to carry our suitcases downstairs ( 4 floors). The bed was okay, but the sheets looked cheap as well. Also, they didn't have smart TV, and the cable tv only had shitty channels. Location is great, close to the confins airport. Breakfast was good.
