Etap Altınel Assos

We checked in to the hotel on 11.08.2018. And we were very pleased with the hotel. We liked that all food and drinks were free with the all-inclusive concept. The hotel is a real family hotel. The staff is friendly and we liked that they visited the tables one by one in the morning, noon and evening and said bon appetit. It was a warm and family-like holiday. Except for the sea getting deep all of a sudden, it was very clean and clear. For those who are afraid of its depth, the hotel pool was enough for us. We recommend it. Since it is the last hotel on the Kadırga coast, it is quiet and mostly families with children stay there. It is neglected and the furnishings are old and inadequate. All-inclusive prices are affordable, meals are eaten outside the main course, breakfast is successful, beer is okay, wine is bad, I do not recommend the pool, sun loungers are sufficient, cushions are old. The staff is inexperienced and the cleaning is insufficient. If there is some maintenance, I can come back for the 3rd time in a few years.

We encountered minor mistakes on the day we checked in, but they were quickly resolved by the staff and we were shown to our rooms. The rooms are not very clean, the cleaning staff (only one lady) can't help with the cleaning as she spends all day lazing around in the hotel's garden. Fortunately, the pool was clean, a few steps away from the sea, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious and clean. As they say, the one who comes and goes searches for the one who goes, and our work has become a little bit like that. We left the hotel for the martyrdom tour and settled in Etap Altınel in Güzelyalı..... Oh my God.... we swam together in the pool with the cockroaches and slept together in the evening.... I wonder if the hotel owner or manager comes and sees the hotel??
