Ettington Chase

Stayed here on there summer deal, with an overnight stay, dinner +drink and breakfast. It was well worth it! Lovely clean and spacious room. Nice view of the grounds. Dinner was good and staff were very attentive. Breakfast was great, buffet style usual puts me off but it was clear staff were keeping on top of it to make sure it was fresh as possible, and there were plenty of options (cooked, cereals, fruits, pastries). Leisure facilities could do with an update, as pool was somewhat dreary and dark, and the gym was a bit cramped - but they were clean and functional. Overall it was a comfortable stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Really nice place. We stayed here for 2 nights during the week and really really enjoyed the facilities nice rooms and good food. There is a nice little gym with a beautiful swimming pool and a sauna all you need really for a daily workout. Tense to get a little busy towards the weekend but the staff and facilities are geared up for the numbers and it did not seem crowded. There are plenty of sitting areas to relax and a good bar. The restaurant was really nice well attended buy lots of staff but we did find the we had to wait for a food longer than usual. But when it came it was nice and there was plenty of wine to indulge in in the meantime.

Lovely place for a weekend getaway. Rooms need a little attention at the far end of the hotel but they were clean. 5⭐ review bcoz of its spa facilities. Nice little gym with almost everything needed for a great workout if you bother ....Great hot tub...swimming pool and Powerful Sauna. No steam room unfortunately but its okay as everything else makes up for it. Great breakfast and dinner.
