Euphoria Club Hotel & Resort

A wonderful village/hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms for families. Amazing view wherever you are (bar, swimming pool, restaurant). Friendly staff eager to serve and help you. Although it's not very close to gondola lift it has shuttle bus so you can combine the peacefulness of the mountain with ski or snowboard experience.

Our experience staying at the Euphoria Hotel & Resort was genuinely outstanding. Both the common premises and our room were sparkling clean and tidy, warm and with REALLY plenty of space to move around. We greatly appreciated this point, as we came by and stayed in family format with a small toddler and a grandpa :) The attitude of the reception and restaurant staff towards us was excelling throughout our entire stay. Extremely polite, responsive and well-intended people who catered all our needs. The food in the restaurant in the brand new pool building was absolutely D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! The location is stunning, quiet, amidst century old pine forests, away from the noisy central part of the resort, which was just a pleasant walk away from the Hotel (we did it even with stroller a couple of times). In any case the hotel shuttle is highly reliable! Last, though not least - the parking was well organized and MEGA EASY, thus enhancing the daily accessibility of the surrounding area for us. One of our best mountain gems in Bulgaria, we've definitely fallen in love with, for good..

Good 4 star hotel. Breakfast was decent although very little changes throughout the week but there was a wide selection everyday. Staff are all pleasant and the spa team were excellent. The shuttle bus could run both ways so that you can get a lift into the town in the evenings rather than a taxi every time. There is a decent gym and pool too which is included for guests
