Well where do I start, Good points first I think, Good weather Good beach Plenty of cheap bizzars across the road, Good bar staff. Bad points, Terrible loud air conditioner, Safes that continually break down and don't work, House keeping is terrible, Bad customer service at service desk, All the food is focused around the mass of German guests, that actually do get up as early as 4am to put a towel on a sun lounger, The disco is again centred around German guests, In fact the only thing that wasn't centred around Germans, was the attitude of the desk staff, because they didn't know the meaning of time keeping . If you want good food, book in at the Sultanas restaurant in the local city, now they give you the real Turkish cuisine, Not 6 types of German sausage with salad,
Terrible experience, unhelful staff who kept putting off responsibility onto each other reaching no conclusion. Booked a room for 4, got two single beds and when I complaimed the staff reluctantly dragged two extra beds into the cramped space. Meaning I could not walk across from one end of the room to another without jumping over a bed. Dirty in general. The cafeteria is bland and gave me and many others I spoke to explosive issues in the toilet. The hotel gave me headaches and stomach aches. I raised all these issues with the hotel management and they didn't sort any of the issues while telling me I'm the one in the wrong. Took me two days to get an invoice out of the reception who acted confused and told me to keep waiting for another staff member, complete mess of a hotel I'm surprised it has a star.
Disaster!! Total disaster. Do not even consider to go! The rooms are VERY old. A 3x adult room and you get a kids bed! Even when you pay full price for 3. The Manager of the resort is a total egoist who thinks he is the president of the country! Treat you like you are a pheasant! The food is pathetic. ANIMAL FRİENDLY..?? .NOT! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE ... Let alone your kids. You'll need to see a psychologist on your return.
