We're the first time in this hotel and we very impressed with the ambience, hospitality, friendly staff and cleanliness
The hotel is nice but in need of some repairs. Several rooms had leaky sinks and no air conditioning. There is no restaurant or store on site to purchase anything and it is far from any stores . So if you need food you have to take a car service . The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There was no iron in the room and when we requested one we were told that another guest was using it and we had to wait. (Seriously?). There is only one garbage in the room and it is tiny (like 12 inches high) so garbage piled up quickly.
This place is a far cry from 4 star. The whole place needs maintenance. Our shower leaked everywhere, the minibar is disgusting and dirty. The AC cannot be controlled and was too hot. No bar in the main building, if you want a bottle of water you need to walk out of the building and go to the pool area. Drinks are expensive and the service is not on par. Breakfast wasn't too shabby but the same mozzarella was out for at least our whole 3 day stay and was expired/ water was yellow. Not impressed at all. Will not return.
