Very comfortable rooms and breakfast!
Receptionist is very nice and patient, but the staff at the breakfast isn't very moody, no greetings nor a smile.. Got a feeling I'm not welcome there.. A simple greeting will do, especially when you're working in the service sector. The stars is for the room and the receptionist.
Airconditioning did not work. Hotel room was 28 degrees. Had a very bad night. When informing the reception, we were told that the airconditioning didn’t work in the entire hotel and hasn’t been for weeks. As it was the weekend, we were told that the hotel manager would contact us later that week. They didn’t contact us.
