Euro Stars Hotel Old City

The old city is where to be when coming to Istanbul. Beautiful people, great location to tram and ferry. Tons and I mean tons of places to shop, eat and people watch! This hotel had AC like no other. The staff was accommodating and helped with suggestions and any issues we had, from the front desk to the cleaning lady. We felt right at home.

As two young women who had never traveled to Istanbul before, safety was our top priority. We wanted to feel comfortable, safe, and at peace, while staying in a tourist-friendly area close to historical sites and the ferry port so we could easily get around by vapur. If that’s what you’re looking for, this hotel is absolutely perfect. The location is ideal, just a few steps from the historic mosques, Topkapi Palace, and public transportation, including boats. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. We especially want to thank Deniz Hanım, who helped us arrange airport transfers. She was incredibly responsive, even late at night. We also appreciate the front desk staff for their kindness. We did have a small issue in the bathroom (a minor leak from the ceiling), but it was resolved quickly. The staff were very professional and responsive. When I return to Istanbul, I will definitely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for everything!

Best hotel ever as long as the shuttle is fast and there is almost no traffic to get there and to leave. The reason I'm giving 5 stars is because the service for the staff is the best I've ever seen.
