Eurohotel Diagonal Port

Well, I’ve stayed in better hotels for the same price. The rooms were generally okay, but when we arrived, they told us they were so kind to give us a superior room instead of a standard one — but there was no difference at all, so if you’re thinking of paying extra for a superior room, don’t bother. The staff often didn’t understand things, and even though I repeatedly emphasized that I don’t speak Spanish, they still spoke to me in Spanish. The only truly great part was the bartenders at the rooftop bar — always friendly, helpful, and very funny. They really made our stay more enjoyable.”

This hotel is brilliant location, Tv provided, small fridge in the room. The views were great and easy to pick up local amenities. Bathroom had mould on the walls, The lift was broken so only 1 lift in operation. No kettle, very noisy from doors being slammed constantly. City tax is another extra cost on arrival. Staff were efficient and helpful.

Really nothing good to say about this hotel. Expensive. Bad room quality, everything felt like it was about to fall apart. Terrible Wifi connection in the room, barely functional half the time. When someone else outside closes a door it's like an explosion on the entire floor and everything shakes. Terrible elevators and one was broken. Dirty. Smelled bad. Out of shampoo when we got in the room. I would recommend staying away from this one.
