An excellent hotel located 100 meters from the center of Bratto on the provincial road, easily accessible to local excursions and attractions. Our room was a bit small, but it was very clean, with linens changed daily. The service was excellent, with kindness, helpfulness, and courtesy. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices (the option of choosing between half and full portions was excellent). The Wi-Fi service needs to be reviewed, as it was often insufficient (I had to use my smartphone's hotspot for my tablet). We spent a restful and peaceful week, so I definitely recommend it.
CONSIGLIATISSIMO. Ambiente molto bello e accogliente. Stanze pulitissime bagni spaziosi e finestrati.
Definitely not recommended. The hotel is architecturally attractive, with spacious rooms and balconies adorned with flowerpots. The location is convenient for both the Bratto and Dorga shops. Unfortunately, the positives end there. The staff is often disoriented and inefficient, and lacks the tools to handle requests in a timely manner (it took two days to get hangers in the room). The food is the real sore point: While breakfast is at least salvageable (but again lacking, with a non-working toaster and tarts packaged in what claims to be a FOUR-STAR restaurant), lunch and dinner are pitiful, with menu choices like "boiled eggs" and "pastina in brodo." The quality of the dishes is generally poor, with flavorless or even unpleasant-tasting food. Additionally, if you finish a few minutes later than the other tables, you won't get dessert because "it's sold out." We hit rock bottom when, in a conversation with the manager, he dared to say that "only a few people complain" and that "his reviews are excellent." These responses are not only rude and unprofessional, but also reflect a distorted reality, given that management changed just this year, and therefore all the reviews written up until a few months ago refer to a very different situation than the current one. That said, this hotel definitely deserves different management if it doesn't want to collapse under its own weight, and right now, it doesn't even deserve a chance.
