Europa Hotel

I went for afternoon tea with my friend which was excellent. The food was fresh, very tasty and great variety. Had to get a box to take some home there was so much offered. The service by Veronica was excellent, nothing was too much bother. Friendly, informed, professional and very polite and welcoming.this is my second visit and on both occasions the service was 5 stars. Kim was the server previously and again same excellent top notch service as Veronica. Lovely way to spend an afternoon looking out watching the world go by in beautiful relaxing surroundings chatting to a good friend while eating wonderful food and being treated like you really matter. Highly recommend.

My stay at the Europa Hotel was exceptional — hands down the best service I received during my entire trip through Europe. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. I especially appreciated the team who assisted me with booking an early morning taxi to the airport — they made everything seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself is rich in history and charm, yet offers all the modern comforts. My room was spacious, clean, and offered beautiful sunset views over Belfast — a real highlight of my stay. The central location made it easy to explore the city, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. From the warm welcome to the stunning views and thoughtful touches, Europa Hotel exceeded all expectations. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had three nights here to celebrate my 60th birthday. The blinds didn’t work in the room we were allocated, so we were moved. We were given a much larger room, effectively a free upgrade, which made a big birthday feel special. The room had a superkingsize bed, very comfy and a large bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The hotel is very well situated and staff are incredibly friendly. The cocktails in the piano bar are delicious. The only downside was perhaps the restaurant which I had booked for the evening if my birthday. I imagined an exclusive and quiet dining experience. It was loud, crowded and a bit basic - more like a cafe - so I wouldn’t recommend eating here if it’s a special occasion, but that’s the only slight blot on a lovely few days in this fascinating city.
