Really nice stay for 5 nights. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a decent spread, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bar was decent as well. Location was excellent as just a short walk from the metro and the old town. Other reviews mention that it is noisy, however despite our window facing the bar opposite, neither of us had any trouble with noise, so I would take those reviews with a pinch of salt.
Excellent hotel with high quality service. Polite staff, clean rooms, good breakfasts (I just don't recommend espresso coffee). Ask for a room with windows to the atrium, it can be noisy outside at night.
I had a wonderful time during my stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well-organized. I especially want to mention Gabriela at the reception — she was extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Her warm and professional attitude made my stay even more enjoyable.
