Hi, I am staying at the hotel at the moment with my family. We are a group of 8 people. 3 different rooms. Rooms are fine, not too big and not too small. Modern, clean and well taken care of. We just got unlucky with our first room, it had a bad smell in the toilet. After talking with reception we got our room changed and got our stay improved from full board to all inclusive. 👌 Talking about reception - exceptional! Always smiling and doing everything they can to help. We got a really warm welcome. Everyone is doing their best. Animation team is also incredible. The woman who does the kid shows in the evening is the best I have seen in any hotel! Feels like she was born for it. Kids just love her. 😍 Location is nothing special, but the sea is close by and loads of shops around the hotel. Sea is not kids friendly since it gets deep very close to the coast and waves are quite dangerous. Found some fishes while snorkelling but you need to drive for 20 minutes to find good snorkelling places. 1 hour from Barcelona, but there is often traffic so it took us 1,5 hours sometimes to get to the hotel. 🏄 Pools are OK, suitable for all age groups. The slides are for kids mostly, nothing too exciting. The lifeguards are really professional and always at sight, got warned several times.. 😅 The food is average. It is tasty, but lacks variety. Especially the deserts. The staff at the restaurant is helpful and polite. All in all it is a really neat and cozy hotel with wonderful people trying to make your vacation pleas, rooms and pools are fine, but they need to improve the food variety even though everyone will find something tasty to eat. ☺️👍 4/5

It is a hotel 3 star at max speaking as an ocupant of a standard room. It is well located, near beach, restaurants, shops....It is a very animated area. The food is ok but the plates, glasses are not very clean. A very big plus is the staff, allaways smiling and giving you all.the details you want. The are very welcoming. Bravo for your attitude towards your guest!

The hotel has poor service and they are very unfriendly. It doesn't smell good and the floor is too small for an emergency. The safety is miserable.
