This is our fourth stay at this hotel. It should be noted that the SPA and pools are very good, clean, procedures are carried out on time. The hotel has full board, the restaurant has a varied menu, at lunch and dinner there is a choice of several dishes. It should be noted that the service in the restaurant is good, the waiters are friendly. The last time the cleaning of the rooms was fast, but insufficient, especially in places where dust collects - under the beds. Otherwise, everything is fine, thank you.
Exquisitely beautiful rooms, lounges wellness areas. Calm, serene environment. Beautiful clean wellness area. Large pool, clean water. Very very kind restaurant staff who look after their guests in a wonderful way. Housekeeper friendly and accommodating. Professional great massage. Some problems with indifference in reception which made me sad. Inappropriate for such a sophisticated professional hotel.
This year 2023, we stayed at your hotel in September and had a very good time. The hotel has a new SPA, the sauna is very beautifully decorated. Excellent choice of dishes in the restaurant, very interesting dishes from the chef. Cleanliness is at a high level. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. We hope to spend our holiday there next year.
