Now based on the pics I seen, place looks alright, genuinely like a nice place to spend your holiday even if that building looks a bit cursed, but yeah, no problems. It got swimming pool and yeah, it's good... And I wish I could've end there and given it a 5 star rating, but nah, what in the world is this? So is the entire point of this place a Casino? Cause it is indeed a Hotel & a casino, something I see for the first time, so I don't think you'd wanna bring your kids over there you know. And yeah, also, get some curtains, I wouldn't wanna pass trough the hotel and see trough the massive windows how pensioners ruin their life gambling on slot machines... Yeah, in conclusion - the hotel from the outside seems weird, inside seems fine, the casino though, that enough to lower the rating down to 2 stars ⭐⭐
I can start with the only good thing about the hotel, and that is the reception staff. They are really nice and helpful. Everything else is a complete disaster. Breakfast – terrible food. If you don’t like bread or eggs, you will stay hungry. Very rude and poorly trained waiters – they touch my plate and only then ask if they can take it away. Not enough tables for all the guests. Dinner – acceptable only if you are on a diet. Location – good, but there is no beach directly at the hotel. You have to pay 30 Leva per day. It’s also far from the city center. Staff – consists mostly of foreigners who don’t even speak the local language, Bulgarian. The hotel is not worth the money. Golden Sands is a much better option for a vacation if you want excellent service and location.
Stay away! Europe Hotel is a complete disaster. The food was absolutely awful – cold, tasteless, and clearly not fresh. Calling this “hotel food” is an insult to actual hotels. The service was shocking – rude staff, no basic courtesy, and zero willingness to help. Every request felt like a burden to them. But the worst part? Staff members entered our room without knocking. No respect, no privacy, no sense of boundaries. That’s completely unacceptable and even disturbing. Bottom line: avoid at all costs. Sunny beach has many hotels – pick literally any other
