The room was decent – clean enough, though the pillows were quite uncomfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants.

Definitely was fooled by the photos and location. The hotel could definitely use some renewing. The gym isn’t a gym, it is a room in the basement with three machines and without ventilation. If you’re taller than 1,90m you cannot use it because the ceiling is that low and it’s only opened from 8am- 9pm. The room was fairly clean but still found some hair here and there. The room and the elevator smelled like damp socks probably from insufficient cleaning of the carpet. It lacks plugs for any electrical devices. The reception worker wasn’t necessarily friendly either. For the price definitely a disappointment. The only really good things were the breakfast and the location of the hotel. Didn’t test the spa because of its 4 hours opening time and the sock smell everywhere else in the hotel wasn’t really eager to find out what it looked like. Won’t be coming back.

I'm not someone that leaves negative reviews actually I leave none at all but the experience I had at this hotel was too bad not to be shared. We did a road trip from the UK as our flight to Majorca was cancelled and wanted to stay somewhere as close as possible to the beach. As it was a last minute booking we paid €900 for 2 nights and 2 rooms which is quite expensive giving the price of other hotels around the area but we went ahead. The hotel is advertised as a 4* but I would give it a 3*. The facilities are fairly clean but the hotel is quite dated and looks like a converted apartment building. As we travelled with 2 babies we needed 2 cots. We booked prior to arriving and called reception to ensure these were available upon arrival. Following check in and having sorted our luggage I called reception and was met with a very rude and condescending person asking me to come down to reception. I spoke to Marcus who advised me that there was no cots available and if I wanted these I needed to have ordered them at least 2 weeks in advance. I explained that this is not what I was told prior to booking when I called and he said there is nothing that he could do as he is on the night shift and to go back to my room and not waste his time. I asked for his name and he would not give it to me, when I asked to speak to his Manager he said he would not give me anyone's name and for me to go away in an aggressive manner. I found this extremely rude and condescending and not a way to speak to any customer. The next day when I attended the reception a different more helpful person gave me his name. Be careful when booking this hotel as you might encounter a similar experience.
