When I was planning my trip to Zermatt, I contacted Europe Hotel & Spa in advance to ask about pickup from the station. They promptly replied, saying I could simply call or email them once I board the train, and they would arrange the pickup. On the day of arrival, I sent them an email and also called while on the train. I expected an automated response with several options, but to my surprise, a receptionist picked up immediately. She confirmed they had already received my email and assured me the driver was on the way. When I reached Zermatt station, the driver was already there waiting for me—I didn’t have to wait a single minute. It was such a smooth and warm welcome. Upon check-in, the excellent service continued. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and genuinely willing to help with anything. One example that stood out was when I was struggling to use the clothes dryer—they noticed and kindly offered to dry my clothes for me free of charge, just to save me the hassle. That kind of service is rare and deeply appreciated. The room itself was big, super clean, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. The design of both the room and the bathroom was elegant and stylish—I really liked it. It created a very cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Every morning, the breakfast was a delight. The variety was very satisfying, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. I especially loved the fresh orange juice station, where you could squeeze your own juice—a small detail that made a big difference. I’ve stayed in other hotels where this wasn’t offered, so this really stood out. Also, they gave guests the choice to prepare their own eggs or have them cooked by the kitchen, which caters to all preferences. The spa was absolutely amazing. The moment you enter the area, you’re welcomed with a relaxing aroma and peaceful ambiance. I particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi with my son and daughter—it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring. The atmosphere was calm and soothing throughout the entire spa area. Overall, my stay at Europe Hotel & Spa was perfect from start to finish. The service, staff, cleanliness, food, and facilities were all outstanding. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zermatt.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Europe Hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The staff were exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to fulfil every request. Having breakfast available until 11am was a real treat. The spa area is stunning and so relaxing. Huge thanks to the whole team for making my stay so memorable! 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Excellent view of Matterhorn in the room. All the staff are friendly except those in the restaurant which seem overwhelmed and cannot handle.l properly. Food is alright and location is about 10min from train station where they have a shutter like most hotel here.
