The hotel has a perfect location by the sea with a private, safe beach. The breakfast was outstanding — a great variety of food and drinks to suit every taste. The service was exceptional: the waiters and chefs at breakfast were polite, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. Everything was tasty and clean, and the staff were always smiling and helpful. Special thanks to the reception team, who are available 24/7 and handle guests’ needs with professionalism. I was assigned a noisy room near the elevator at the beginning of the corridor. Reception quickly moved me to a quiet room the next day, which made a big difference. I was finally able to rest and enjoy the rest of my vacation. The housekeeping staff also deserve praise: everything was always clean, with fresh soap, toilet paper, and other essentials provided regularly. Overall, a great experience — we’d love to come back!

Loved our stay at the hotel!!! What made it exceptional was the front desk employees and front bartender. Brian was absolutely incredible- he greeted us when we arrived and provided so many recommendations for restaurants and beaches nearby, as well as a map to help us find our way around. The other gentleman all were kind & extremely helpful. The hotel location is beautiful & close to transportation to take you in to palma & so many wonderful beaches nearby. Would love to visit again in the future.

Pool and sea access are great. First night without AC, fixed the next day. Pizza ate the bar is frozen, I do not recommend even though there are advertisements in the elevator. Room is OK, I got a sea view apartment with lateral view to the ocean facing the small beach at the hotel. I was hoping a front ocean view, but maybe my expectations were high. “Cleaning” is just making the bed. Staff was very attentive. I would be back, even with negative points.
