What a lovely stay. From the moment we stepped inside reception we were greeted by Laura who had exceptional customer service and a beautiful manner and presence about her. Nothing was too much trouble! We stayed in a superior triple room & housekeeping reset the room beautifully while we were out for the day. Beautiful hallways and fixtures and in an ideal location.
The service was really amazing, the young guy from Bhutan 10/10. The cleanliness was amazing, always clean, and the cleaning ladies were polite and thorough. I felt the price we paid was too much, we paid £110 per night which we thought was expensive considering the dated TV and interior wallpaper. To add insult to injury somebody straight after us paid a whole £30 cheaper, this is upsetting as we'd have liked to have stayed longer but financially it was just too much.
Overpriced and disappointing Very small old run down room and a tiny double bed. Loud noises of music and people partying from the street all night feom establishments below. The Entrance smelt of urine clearly from the homeless people in sleeping bags camped below. So many higher quality hotels for same price in the City to stay than here. This hotel should be a quarter of the price they charge and suit backpackers
