The worst hotel possible, the hallways smells bad, the room was small and without light, the quality of the breakfast was very bad and the staff's behavior was even worse.

Hello, this was the worst hotel we have ever been to. It was bad in every way and left us with bitter memories. The staff are really rude and without personality, with terrible management, the rooms are very dirty, old and dark, the bed is dirty, They don't even clean the room and the bathroom and are very disrespectful to the passengers. Be careful when taking a shower because the water is either cold and icy or it boils, it is not balanced. The refrigerator in the room was broken and did not work. It made a lot of noise in our room, which did not allow us to sleep comfortably. They didn't even allow us to criticize, even the hotel manager said that it is what it is. We were really surprised by this behavior and attitude, paying money to this hotel even for one night is a pity. The internet was terrible and everything was disconnected .A completely normal breakfast, when a dish was empty, they did not refill it. Really, even a score of one is too much for this hotel. The score of this hotel is below zero. It is awful in every way. It is just that it has a good location and that's it.

Dirty, neglected place. Breakfast is a disaster with instant coffee from coffee machine. Hotel bar closed. Hotel restaurant closed.First room we moved in had only one curtain. Second one was missing. We had to change room. Second room had dirty bed lining. We had to complain to change it. Tv didn't work we had to complain once again. Becareful in the shower. It's impossible to set the water temperature. The temperature changes from ice cold to boiling hot.
