Amazing. I was impressed with the service from Chris the manager in the restaurant. The breakfast had a very decent choice of foods and they always gave me a to go cup so I could take my coffee with me. 🙏🏼 The room was spacious. The toilet paper was good quality! You don’t usually see that in some hotels in the states. The shower was amazing. The front desk staff were good. We had issues with the air conditioning, but they always tried to assist and moved us rooms. Their location was a $6 ride from the Danube, very impressed with this small but clean hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel with a good price-quality ratio. Staff is super friendly and polite, we are always greeted with a smile from anyone around the establishment. This, to me, is the most important factor. Regards the rest - the hotel is very elegant, the rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast is varied and good. The cleaning service was good bar a couple of things. Every day we were provided with a shower towel instead of two hand towels. We reported this, they apologies but it kept happening for the entire duration of our stay. Also one day we had two half full bottles of water in the room and the cleaner disposed of it. These are minor details but it was only fair to mention them. All in all we had a great time and, should we ever come return to Budapest, this hotel will be our first choice. Thanks again to all the amazing staff!

Location is great, central and well connected. The hotel itself it’s nice with spacious rooms and bathrooms, really liked the shower. Breakfast was great really worth paying for. The staff was also nice. Providing info, quickly delivering stuff like flips flops and eye mask which are available upon request. They also didn’t charge us for losing our towel at one of the thermal baths and housekeeping is available to clean and tidy up the room even at later hrs I do recommend this hotel for your staying in Budapest.
