Outstanding Hotel & Exceptional Service! My stay was amazing from start to finish. After checking out, I realized I had left my jewelry box behind. I contacted the hotel the next day, and they quickly found it and shipped it to my country. Truly impressive honesty and customer care!

Stayed here a couple of times now as so convenient to get to our customers offices. Location is ideal for any city walks and sights with plenty of dining options nearby. Also a well stocked supermarket one block away on the same road. Hotel is very modern and for bamboo lovers you will be in your awe with the decor 😜 Had a balcony room this time. Think there are just three of these. Nice addition to get some fresh air with table/chairs provided, but traffic noise can make work a little difficult, plus wifi a bit hit and miss once outside. Rooms are well kitted out with a fridge and safe. Walk in rain shower is great after a warm day outside. Staff are very friendly and do be aware that there are some fresh to cook options at breakfast. You may not just not get asked each time I noticed. Good selection otherwise each morning. My only gripe is corridor noise and door slamming tended to be quite loud waking me a few times from late night revellers. Very likely to be back again next year. Gracias.

Very nice hotel located in a great location. Great restaurants and landmarks within 30 minute walking distance. Beach is only a 35 minute walk. I deducted a star because it is pretty noisy at night because the doors are thin. We were woken up a few times by loud drunk neighbors coming back at 3 am. Their pool is nice but very small with limited seating!
