This hotel is right in the middle of historic Palermo. The rooms were nice and the staff very good. We had the breakfast buffet, and it was very good. Had a large variety of food on it. They also have a rooftop restaurant; however, we did not eat there so I cannot leave a review. I would recommend this hotel if you were ever in the area. Lots of stuff around the hotel, in the area.
Incredible stay in this gorgeous old mansion. Guest service reps were informative, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Every nook and cranny of the place has interesting things to see, and it's a perfect location! Breakfast was delightful with many interesting options. Would 100% stay here again!
I don’t get the bad reviews. This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of Palermo, with an amazing staff that is caring and makes you feel right at home. I wouldn’t go to any other hotel, it’s the best location. Close to everything. The rooms are very tidy. I recommend the Superior Double.
