Eurostars Conquistador Hotel

It was an excellent experience, because the hotel is very nice, with a beautiful interior patio, a beautiful layout, comfortable rooms and, above all, an exceptional location. What's more, the staff are very friendly and ready to help you, whether you need practical help or even tourist advice. The price is also reasonable, apart from the car park, which costs €18 a night and is difficult to access because of the steep gradient.

The location facing the Mosque is superb. The half board dinner was good although we did get concerned as the chef had difficulty in translating the menu to English as on two occasions we ordered beef and received pork . Also the menu said whiting but you got hake . All ok unless you have any allergies. The breakfast was good value but limited in choice compared to other 4 star hotels in the group .

Good location. Patio looks nice. For a 4 star hotel you would expect to be able to control your own room temperature and not rely on a central system set to 25 degrees C. This should be at a maximum of 20 degrees C to make rooms comfortable. Staff at the desk seemed unable to help any further. Also would be nice to have 4 towels for 4 guests and not be sharing as soon as you have checked in. Let’s hope breakfast tomorrow lives up to the reviews!
