⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Joseph, Thank you!, Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! Our experience at the hotel was made truly memorable thanks to Joseph at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, his warm and welcoming attitude put both my family and I at ease — especially our kids, who were instantly made to feel like special guests. Joseph went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, offering thoughtful recommendations, helping us with check-in efficiently, and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They were incredibly patient, professional, and attentive — qualities that make all the difference when traveling with a family. What really stood out was how naturally they connected with the children, treating them with kindness and genuine interest. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Upon returning from our trip at 9:00 PM, we realized the key wouldn't open the room. When we went down to the reception, we were told that the room, with all our personal belongings still in it, had been assigned to someone else and that we had to vacate immediately. Even though we explained that we didn't want to move to another room and that we would be checking out the next morning, the receptionist continued to be rude. My young son and I waited helplessly for a long time. We had to agree to change rooms, and they told us they would give us the key to the new room after we had unpacked our belongings before giving us the key. As a woman, I was left stranded in the hallway with my personal belongings. They were very rude and inconsiderate. I definitely do not recommend it.

This hotel should be renamed "Euro Saunas Don Candido". The rooms have unbearable air conditioning. They have other customers complaining about their A/C units not working. They send the tech to your room to bandaid the problem. The staff say all their available rooms are in the same condition, the hotel is fully booked and cannot switch you. It is 2am and I find myself writing this review in 80° Fahrenheit temperature as I and my wife cannot sleep in this unbearable heat. The front desk attendant Sara brought the fan from the office hoping to aid us. I hope to save other individuals of making this huge mistake themselves. This hotel has continous business class clientel and large groups staying here. I find it hard to believe that all these rooms suffer A/C issues. I imagine these rooms are the ones they offer in booking.com to keep the hotel full. SAVE YOUR MONEY book somewhere else. Do not let your vacation be ruined as ours has been. Read all the reviews and comments, once you pay - your money is gone - it is another country unfortunately. It will not matter that the majority of the staff are courteous and kind, your stay has been paid and you have to deal with their issues. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU.
