Eurostars Embassy

You can't beat the location of this place! The rooms are consistently very clean and well-maintained, feeling fresh and modern. What really made our stay special was the exceptionally kind staff. We'll absolutely be returning!

I recently stayed at the Eurostars Embassy Hotel in Vienna and was thoroughly impressed. The rooms are modern, well-lit, and equipped with amenities like flat-screen TVs and minibars. The hotel's facilities, including a breakfast buffet added to the comfort of my stay. The location is convenient, with a bus stop directly outside the hotel, making it easy to explore Vienna. Considering the quality of the accommodations and services, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vienna.

The hotel has a modest, but clean and comfortable, reception. The rooms are good. This is a great place to stay for both business trips and leisure visits to Vienna. It is near the central part of Vienna and tourist attractions. The night-shift reception staff, specifically Juan Carlos, show great professionalism, hospitality, and kindness. The breakfast selection is very good - fresh and pleasant. The cleaning staff should, however, work faster and with improved care and accuracy. It is not nice to find tufts of hair (which did not belong to me) in the bed - it's pretty unpleasant. Otherwise, the "Room" would has got 5 stars.
