⸻ “During my stay, a Labubu surprise toy that I had bought as a gift was opened without my permission in my hotel room, most likely by housekeeping. This completely ruined the surprise I had prepared. I mentioned it at the front desk during check-out, but it didn’t seem to be understood. I hope the hotel takes this seriously, as it’s a matter of respecting guests’ privacy and personal belongings
The ac is set to 23C you can't change it, same temperature for the entire hotel. I don't need anyone to tell me what's a good temp for me to sleep in. The bed board was so dirty we had to cover it with a sheet, there was blood and other types of dirt on the bed board. Restaurant doesn't work at night. Breakfast in the restaurant costs 15 euro or something like that, which for the Barcelona standart is too much.
Location is only good if you go for work to the area. Rooms are clean but outdated. Service is minimal, dont expect any extra support.
