My stay was a great experience. I spent four days there, and every staff member from reception to housekeeping to the restaurantwas incredibly respectful and helpful whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Thank you all🌸

Hightlights: A good hotel with spectacular views that could be great with some management oversight. My 4 stars indicate that this establishment met my expectations for value and service, that I would recommend to others and that I would stay again. That said, they just met this level and without a more critical eye to details, would slip. First, we had a room at a high level facing the Mediterranean Sea. The view of the city was spectacular and I was imaging how it must look during Fallas with all the fireworks. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. Staying in a new (for us) area of Valencia, close to bars and restaurants, close to the casino and the Bioparc. I would stay in this hotel again but it didn't feel like the Eurostars 4 star hotel experience I've had in other locations. This suggest there were a few small points that are more suggestions for the management team to consider. It was out 10th anniversary and our first night together ten years prior was in this hotel. So I wanted to surprise my spouse with a romantic weekend in the same hotel. I paid for a “Romantic Experience”. However, when we entered the room, only the roses that I paid extra for were there. The Sparkling wine and chocolates were not and I had to ask for them. As you can imagine, this part of the surprise was lost. So I should have paid for just the room. While I did receive an automated message requesting my check in time, I was not sure when we would arrive. There should have been some indication from the hotel connecting my arrival time with timing the delivery of cava and chocolates or this could have been done after our arrival. There are better ways to do this. Second, the signs for the elevator from the parking garage were poorly marked from the garage side. When we entered through the door and saw the elevator, we took it. Turns out it was the service elevator. When raising the issue with reception, turns out this happens often. If so, why hasn’t this been addressed with better signage or a door. Easy fix but not done. In trying to find a way out of the service elevator, we tried several floors. Obviously we entered into the service areas of the hotel. There we found them dirty and cluttered posing a potential health and safety risk to staff and potentially clients in an emergency. Dedicate some time to having these areas tidied and cleaned. It’s a standard management practice and a reflection on how the hotel is managed. We arrived in the room for a romantic escape for two people and found the sofa bed was also open and set up. I am not sure what the hotels idea of a romantic escape is but in our situation, it doesn’t involve sleeping in two separate beds or inviting a third person. The breakfast was mediocre for a hotel like this both in the quality and variety of offerings. I have been in other 4 star Eurostar hotels and similar chains with a much better breakfast. The offerings were limited and not the freshest. Many of the cards describing the foods were not correct. Just speaks to a failure in quality control. None of my points are critical complains. All in all it was a good hotel but the issues encountered speaks of poor management oversight required for a Eurostar hotel.

Good hotel, perfect location, good price/quality balance. Clean and not worn with above average breakfast ,but with small remarks which may ruin your day a bit... Firstly outdoor street noises even on floor 17, windows cannot keep the noise felt like slept on the stadium in front . Inoperative bath heater ,cleaners doesn't clean the bins, no any vegetables on breakfast(only small amount sliced tomatoes) , smell on entrance/ reception area really disgusing please improve.
