Eurostars Grand Marina Hotel GL

Great reception even though I had not booked a room. I had to wait hours for a travel connection and had an injury so I could not walk properly. They invited me to wait on their terrace on the 8th floor where I could eat and drink delicious food. Even when a seagull grabbed half of that food (don't leave it unattended!) they just offered a new plate for free. Which either means I am very good at training seagulls or that this hotel has exceptional warmth that makes you want to stay. The fact that the receptionist called a taxi and helped me with my luggage made it complete. Great experience.

Excellent views and had a lovely stay. Honestly I seen a couple of bad reviews about employees during check in and it almost turned me away, but I must say not true at all. Marian was such a delight, she was so friendly, she went over and beyond to help us and made us feel comfortable. We will definitely be back to stay here in October and mainly because of the customer service. Thanks Marian.

The hotel is superficially nice, shiny, new. However the service was terrible. We had booked 2 adjoining suites well (months) in advance. On check in day, low and behold one of the connecting suites was given to another guest! The replacement room was much smaller and at first they refused to give us a discount! It took some haggling over a few days until they finally gave us the discount. They gave us drink tickets to use at the hotel. Of course the employees at the bar had no idea what to do with these tickets, one even refused to honour them. It has direct transportation to the cruise terminal, which is the only reason we stayed here. I'm shocked a member of the Spanish Royal Family stayed here. There must be better options available! If not, well, that speaks volumes about the country of Spain
