Eurostars Hotel Excelsior

The excelsior is located in one of the most prime locations in Naples with beautiful views of the sea and Vesuvius. The hotel itself is beautiful and historic. The main thing which impressed me about the hotel was the hospitality and excellent service. I have stayed at my fair share of hotels and I have never met a hotel concierge as helpful and welcoming as Giuseppe. Giuseppe assisted us with the check in process and made sure everything was to our liking, he truly went above and beyond. Thank you for your help Giuseppe and thank you Eurostars Excelsior for the hospitality!

My husband and I stayed at Eurostars Hotel Excelsior the night before our flight out of Naples. The location is unbeatable—right along the waterfront with beautiful views that made our stay feel special from the moment we arrived. It’s also conveniently close to the airport, which made our departure stress-free. The hotel itself is elegant and well-maintained, with a classic charm that captures the spirit of Naples. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing night. The amenities were top-notch, and the service throughout our stay was great. The staff was warm and professional. If you’re looking for a comfortable, scenic, and hassle-free stay in Naples, I highly recommend Eurostars Hotel Excelsior. We would absolutely stay here again!

Service is nonexistent. At Check in I was told « we want to upgrde your room ». Not bad to begin with. Go up to the room it’s a single bad room. I paid for a double bad. Great upgrade in Napoli fashion!) The sewage in shower is blocked. No EU plug adapter in the room. In the fridg a can of Coke for €7, in a local shop the same is just €2. Hotel has historic charm but service and hospitality attitudes are upsetting.
