Eurostars Ibiza

Great hotel and great staff! Everything is extremely well taken care of. Breakfast is AWESOME. Our safety box didn't work so the front desk had to come with a key everytime we used it, but they told us it will be replaced for the next guests! Overall, this is really good value for money considering other options in Ibiza. The duplex was great. One advice: there is a lot of light entering through the bedroom's bathroom/shower, maybe installing a curtain would be helpful for better sleep quality!

Nice hotel, but be careful with the pictures.. it looks like right on the beach or seaview, but only duplex rooms have nice view, first and second floor are not as good. Pool terrace is nice but no bar or pool services available during our stay (starting only end May). Good spa to be reserved at reception. Kind young staff. In general nice hotel, new, good finishes and service, but high price even in low season. Maybe if I had seaview my score would have been higher.

Awful service, nickel dime every where they can. Literally accosted at the front door saying we weren’t guests and asked to leave, after literally registering and spending 3000€. Have stayed in over 1000 different hotels, this is the worst. Jorge was very nice, hopefully you have him at the desk and not Alejandro. Alejandro was the nastiest most rude front desk person in the history. The guy should be banned from his own property. Said he was going to call the cops on us before even checking the registration.
