What a wonderful hotel. Location is perfect, everything close by. Restaurants, cafes, attractions all at your doorstep. Hotel is very clean and well kept. Rooms are very nice with lots of room. Staff were amazing. Olga, who works as a server in the restaurant at breakfast is wonderful. So attentive and goes out of her way to make you have a pleasant experience. Kamilla at the front desk was super great! She is very welcoming and goes above and beyond. All staff at check-in are great, informative with whatever you need. I would definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Lisboa Baixa. The hotel is in a fantastic location, and the rooms were cosy, clean, and very comfortable — exactly what you’d hope for after a day exploring the city. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which really added to the experience. Breakfast at the hotel was plentiful and offered a great variety to start the day right. The only letdown was the take-away breakfast option. It consisted of a sandwich made from two slices of plain bread and a single piece of ham — unfortunately quite dry and not very appetizing. It also included a juice and a water, which was appreciated, but overall the quality of the packed breakfast could definitely be improved. That said, our overall experience was very positive, and we’d happily return!
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It’s modern, clean, and in a great location—easy to get around and explore. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. One issue we did run into was with the room storage. Our original room (a deluxe double) didn’t have any shelving or drawers, just a small space for hanging clothes. It felt like a pretty essential thing to be missing, especially for a new hotel. When we asked at reception, they mentioned that most rooms are set up this way, which was a bit surprising. That said, they moved us to a superior room, which had the essential storage and a more comfortable layout overall—so we appreciated that being sorted out promptly. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety each morning, and we want to give a special mention to Laura, who was always friendly and welcoming—great way to start the day. In short, a good stay overall. Clean, comfortable, great location, and the issue we had was resolved quickly. We’d stay again, though we’d probably book the superior room next time for the added space and storage.
